Who’s writing Rhythms of Oz?
Hi, I am Valeria, the writer and creator of Rhythms of Oz!
Writing in its various forms has been my passion since drafting short stories about animals living in a farm as my very young self. Over time, I cultivated this passion and explored various writing forms in my own time and even wrote for an online newspaper during my university years!
I recently moved to poetry and started exploring how it can be a very accessible and fun storytelling tool. This, combined with the decision to take a year to explore Australia, moved me to creating Rhythms of Oz, as a way to understanding the connection between creative writing and travelling as well as sharing my creative experiments.
Interacting with humans, understanding their perspectives and stories gives me lots of joy. Capturing it in writing and sharing it with others takes this joy to a higher level.
